September 9, 2026 - Scheduled CMS maintenance this Friday, September 11th
WorkSafeBC will be performing scheduled system maintenance on CMS this upcoming Friday. Many aspects of the Provider Portal will be impacted, including report submission, invoice submission, payment search, and requested referrals.

The CMS maintenance is scheduled from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, September 11th

September 10, 2026 - Scheduled Provider Portal maintenance this Sunday, September 13th
TELUS will be performing scheduled system maintenance to the WorkSafeBC Provider Portal on Sunday, September 13th. During the maintenance window the Provider Portal will be unavailable.

The Provider Portal maintenance is scheduled to begin at 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Pacific Time on Sunday, September 13th.
